What is the delivery time for my order?
The delivery time varies. Typically, you will receive your order within the same week you placed your order. However, it may take longer. If so, we will contact you. You can always write or call us to find out the status of your order.
What are your delivery costs?
Delivery costs are set at $15 per order. This is a fixed rate.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We do not accept any refunds. We offer exchanges for products with manufacturing defects. View our refund policy by clicking here.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, as well as Shop Pay.
Where can I find Ellégance products?
Our current points of sale are Jean Coutu, Brunet, Uniprix, Proxim pharmacies and Couche-Tard stores. Note that inventory varies from one outlet to another. If the product you want is not available at our various points of sale, we suggest you order it online or contact us by email (info@ellegance.ca) or by telephone (450-449-4420). Please note that our head office is not open to the public.
