No refund will be made.
Mademoiselle Ellegance inc. agrees to exchange you only if the product has a defect due to the manufacture thereof.
To do this, you have 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
In the event that an item is defective, damaged or the result of an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be refunded to the customer after receipt and inspection of the goods. We will return the item (s) corresponding to your order as soon as possible.
For any exchange or defective product, you must contact Mademoiselle Ellegance by email at the following address: email@example.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Clearance items are not eligible for an exchange.
The packaging in which you return it must be clean and secure. To ensure a smooth return, please check with the carrier regarding the various services and liability coverage. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You can also for the exchange, having previously contacted us to obtain an appointment for this purpose.
